Is your cat a hooligan? Hooligan cats, also known as heckin' a-holes, are cats who love to heck up everything they see. For example if you just baked a cake, a hooligan cat will heck it up. If you just folded a bunch of fresh laundry, a hooligan cat will rip it to shreds with their claws. You get the picture. However try as we might, these hooligan cats and kittens are just too adorable to ignore, even when they cause trouble.
