Power Of Love: Before And After Adoption Glowups
Hi friends, it's the most wonderful time of the year, Christmas time, and what better way to spread light and pawsivity than helping adopting a special animal so they can have a furrever homes? Here at I Can Has Cheezburger, we love showing photos of the animals who have found wonderful homes and can nap in a warm house all winter long instead of freezing outside in the cold. That's why every week, we highlight some of the amazing transformations that occur when a newly adopted animal is showered with love and affection, pampered, and given an amazing new life to live.
Whenever we come across the before and after images of a neglected animal and the subsequent transformation to healthy and happy we can't help but get emotional. Do be warned though, the before picture is not always pretty, but it shows us a reality that we sometimes choose to ignore. We are just so happy that these animals got the second chance they deserved. The transformations that can occur even in a relatively short amount of time can be drastic! It just goes to show that the power of love goes a heckin' long way!

"These sisters were the only two found and there was no way I was giving them away."
Awww, these two kittens are super super young to be found completely abandoned like that! One had to wonder what happened. Maybe the mama cat got hit by a car, which is sadly a common story. Or maybe some negligent humans threw the kittens out. But who would do such an awful thing?

This is a nice and satisfying after photo! Look at those two kitties posing together, looking super cute and healthy. They've all together quadrupled in size, and how lovely that the two siblings got to be adopted into the same home and to grow up together. People often assume cats aren't social, but really they love companionship!
