Thanksgiving has just passed, which means many of us have been exposed to how other people run their kitchens, and the differences can simply be infuriating. Most of us take our food very seriously. I would wager that it's fair to say that more people are 'foodies' than not. And as a fellow 'foodie' I can definitely understand how that it can be hard to keep controversial cooking and food opinions to oneself.
