Entitled Neighbor Can't Stand That Her Neighbor Isn't Perfectly Silent

It seems like this lady's crafting neighbor is making every effort she can to be courteous about noise levels, but this lady is just not having it. The reality of living in the same building as other people is that you can sometimes hear your neighbors. That said there's not much you can do when someone respectfully existing in their own home drives you into fits of rage. For some more neighbor drama, here are some neighbors who don't like getting their walkway snowblown for free.
