The loss of a soul dog is possibly one of the toughest things that a doggo pawrent can go through. After spending years together, glued to each other's side, doing everything together and overall making each other happier than you have ever been, it is something that you can hardly imagine losing and having to let go of. But alas, that is how our story starts today, but as the universe closed the chapter upon this pawrent and her soul dog's journey, it also opened a new one with the pawrent and the puppy her caring husband brought to her.

Giving her a helping paw while healing from the loss of one of her greatest loves, while also creating a connection that would soon replace the love that had been lost. The moral of the story being that while it can feel as though the world is crashing down around you, you never know when a pawdorable pupper will come into your life and make things magical once more.

It is so tough losing a soul dog. A being whose light and life transcend their physical body and are pretty much solely measured by their love and affection and the unbreakable connection that they share with you. We cannot imagine how tough it was for this woman to keep trying to live her life without her darling dog.
