Entire Starbucks Staff Walks Out After a Coworker Is Fired for Being a Union Leader

We all have fantasized about different ways of leaving our jobs. Well, we suppose if you really are head over heels for your career maybe that statement doesn't directly include you. Perhaps a different job in the past then. Anyone who has dealt with an annoying manager has thought about how it would feel one day to take off their uniform and give them the finger. But obviously, we can't just go around doing that, unless, of course, you're comfortable with the idea of no severance and a period of unemployment without a good reference. Ah, capitalism.

Of all of the ways we fantasize about leaving our jobs, getting fired usually is not one of them. It's probably one of the most humiliating ways to leave a job, even with that severance check. Sure, getting fired has caused a lot of people to make some seriously beneficial changes in their lives and hop into even better circumstances, but at the moment it's just plain embarrassing, or infuriating if you truly believe the causal reasons are unjust. Sometimes people actually do get their just deserts though. One manager realized they severely f***ed up after firing one of her workers for being a union leader. Watch as their entire team backs them up and proceeds to walk out of the cafe.
