And whenever I start to overthink I can just breathe in and look at the beauty around me. Works like a charm

Mental: Statements of affirmation, mostly. Consuming media that puts me in a good mindset.

It's very rare and only happens when I'm in between projects-usually following one that absolutely kicked the sht out of me. As of right now I'm working so regularly that I havent had one of those in 3+months

I call them mental health days instead of sick days, since I rarely ever get sick during the year but I always am dealing with stress and anxiety from my job. Some days you just need to unplug from work and do nothing just to stay sane and keep your mental health in check.
