Cutest Homebody Pup Is Always Ready to Go Home and Will Do a Full 180 When His Mom Asks Him if He Wants to Leave

Some dog owners have trouble getting their dog to leave the park. You usually see videos where dog parents can't even say the word “walk” or “outside” without their dog completely freaking out with excitement. And then you see them trying to get them to leave the park or wherever they are, and it's a struggle to say the least.

However, dogs tend to reflect the personality of their owner, and if you tend to be an introvert who prefers to go home than out, your dog might just enjoy the same. That's exactly how sweet Perry, the rescued chihuahua mix living with his mom in NYC is like.

Perry is the kind of dog who seems like he endures the outdoors, only because his human requires him to use the bathroom out there. If it weren't for that, this dog would stay home as much as he could. He proves this when his mom asks him if he wants to go home and every single time without fail, he dramatically swings his head under his leash to do a complete 180 and starts to happily trot home.

The mom says it is hands down her favorite thing about her put—that he always wants to go home because that is how she feels most of the time. She says that Perry is a nervous dog that was actually given to a rescue because he was too anxious. She adopted the sweet pup and he is her world; king of the castle.

She takes him to the park, when he's willing, but even then he would rather go home. If she does end up making it all the way to the park, she usually ends up carrying him home because Perry is over it.

Perry will bark at any man who gets to close to her on the street, sniffs one thing then is ready to go back inside, and even will forget that her boyfriend moved in a year ago and will bark at him when he enters a room until it clicks in his head who he is. With all these faults, she still says Perry is the apple of her eye.

A very relatable dog for anyone who plots their exit the second they get to a party.
