Dog - реаce1 @peace1 1/ A rescue thread. “Yesterday I adopted the oldest, sickest, and sorest shelter dog. I'll never forget his eyes. When I went into the cage he didn't even bother to look, he knew I wouldn't even see him. Curling around the corner He'd accepted his fate. The volunteer said to me

Font - реаce1 Фреасe1 2/ many times... Are you sure this one? Are you sure? YES! This is my dog. He opened the cage and 3 animals fell on me. I ran towards him, suddenly he looked at me as if he saw an angel.. hugged him and told him that now he'll be happy again. Then he sleeps in my lap... probably 12:02 AM · Feb 22, 2022 · Twitter for iPhone 409 Retweets 8 Quote Tweets 10.3K Likes

Dog - BS @thefortress51 Replying to @peace1 My buddy Kozmo was about to be put down, was adopted and brought back, cancelled on, and nobody wanted him because of some wonky hips. He was left out and starved by previous owner. He is literally the happiest dog ive ever seen and somehow loves people still. 6:15 AM · Feb 22, 2022 · Twitter for Android

Cat - James (he/them) @AquartistJames Replying to @peace1 Senior pets are the best! When we met Stella (she was 8-10) it was a few minutes before the store closed and the adoption group told us literally no one had taken an interest. We talked about her that night and applied the next day, and she was one of the best cats we ever had. Dog - Patti Stone @Pjstone1030 Replying to @sueslack and @peace1 How wonderful! We adopted our girl Paisley, who was also healing from a fractured pelvis afted being hit by a car. She is doing wonderfully now, and is a sweet, happy girl. This how she looked when they found her. The bald patches are road rash. "After" picture in next comment.

Photograph - Lisa @lisamhall7 Replying to @peace1 This sweet girl just showed up on our back porch one day, not chipped, we live in a rural area that people decide is a good place to leave animals they no longer want. Anyhow, she's a snuggle bug and we are lucky to have her. 4:45 AM · Feb 22, 2022 · Twitter for iPad

Dog - Ann Snyder @lifeinthePNW Replying to @peace1 My wonderful sweet dog was going to be put down by the shelter staff because she just hid in the corner and wouldn't interact with anyone. Today she is a joyous loving pooch.

Cat - CatsOfPNW @NanaS16632252 Replying to @Nette_Jensen and @peace1 One of our rescue babies. The neighbor renter moved away, left her alone, outside, in the cold. My husband spent a week getting her to trust him enough to pet her, leaving food for her, but not so much that she'd have raccoons and opossums coming by. She was very affectionate/1Oy

Cat - Nette Jensen @Nette_Jensen Replying to @peace1 This was Toki. I went on vacation in 2009 in Idaho and found a tiny fuzz ball of a kitten cowering under the deck of the house I was staying at. He was wild. A hungry dog had eyes on him. Rather than see him be lunch, I took him back to Utah with me. He lived 10 more years. X Jan 9, 2017
