Font - Spartan04 · 3 days ago When I lived in an apartment the apartment above mine had a leak so I had maintenance in my apartment and I locked the cat in the bathroom to keep her from getting out the open front door. They needed to check something in the bathroom so I made sure the door was closed and opened the bathroom, no cat. I was very confused, asked the maintenance guy if he saw the cat run out, checked the hallway, and started to panic a bit. This only lasted about 5 minutes then I tho

Mammal - mydogisacloud · 3 days ago My parents had drop ceiling in their laundry room, and apparently our cat learned he could push them up and get inside the ceiling to hide. Took us years to find his hiding place for when thunder or fireworks go off. We just had no cat for hours with no explanations or the longest time.

Font - ZMaiden · 3 days ago One time, my brother was over and he left a door open microseconds too long. Later, we couldn't find one of the cats. My sister was inconsolable, we searched EVERYWHERE, she was convinced the cat got outside. Finally, hours and tears and hysteria later, we found her, behind the tv stand (which we'd already searched a dozen times). Bitch had been playing hide and seek and we didnt know, every time we searched a place, she moved to a different place, so we thought all a

Human body - catsubcollector · 3 days ago Omg yeah, when we first got our kitties, we couldn't find them once, then we shook a bag of treats, and there they came, from inside the couch! It was a very old couch, and they had made a small hole in the bottom, bigger, got a new couch not long after thate

Font - Jambinoh - 3 days ago Years ago when I helped my mom move, we could not find one of the cats. We searched every inch of the house for hours, up and down, wandered all over outside. Nowhere to be found. Finally sit down to eat and think about next moves... I hear a rustling sound and see the fabric on the side of a couch being pushed out. The cat had managed to crawl inside the couch and had just been chilling quietly in there the whole time.

Font - Void_Tea_Rex · 3 days ago I lost a kitten once, looked for 3 hours in my apartment and ended up finding him underneath the bookcase in my room. It had a panel on the front and sides, was pushed up against the wall and sat maybe an inch off the ground. I could barely reach my hand in to get him out. They really do test physics with the places they can squish themselves into.

Rectangle - hyliawitch · 3 days ago I was helping my sister and her husband move across the province and one of their cats went missing in the hotel. After 3 hours of searching we were about to decide to move on and check the shelter websites when the box spring started meowing. There was no access to under the bed but it had moved just enough in the night that she could get into a hole in it.

Rectangle - Garybot_is_off · 3 days ago We were getting ready to move, packed up all the stuff in the house, put it on a moving truck. House was empty. Could not find the cat anywhere. We had to get on a plane the next day and were frantically searching the whole neighborhood for the cat. All the neighbors were out looking. The next morning we were really sad. We were going to have to leave without the cat. Then he jumped out from behind the fridge. So relieved.
