Lazy Employee Throws Fit When Coworker Refuses to Clock in Early

This one is full of phlebotomy-specific jargon, so if you want the simplified TL;DR, basically, OP used to go into her hospital job early to set up her gear in order to be extra ready for the start of her shift rather than rushing after clocking in. One of her notoriously lazy coworkers noticed this and sneakily tried to hand off her pager to OP so that she could leave her shift early, even though OP wasn't trying to clock in early. Naturally, this escalated into an issue, and for some odd reason the boss took OP's coworker's side. OP maliciously complied by coming in to work right on time instead of setting up early. Her coworker was not pleased.
