Why do politicians keep doing this?

Every few weeks another politician stands in front of a screen to make their case, and it just gets destroyed on the internet. As if Trumpcare didn't have enough bad press, now it's getting another meme-ing. One healthcare plan can only take so much meme-ing! 

He's asking for it. 

Trumpcare might be on meme life support, but it definitely can't afford the deductible.
