Adult Daughter Waits Till She Moves Out To Get A Dog, Allergic Mom Complains She Won't be Able To Visit

Imagine growing up and wanting a doggo so badly throughout all of your childhood and not being able to have one, only to grow up into your own individual independent person…and still not be able to have a dog. That would suck. This is pretty much the situation that the original poster of this frustrating Reddit thread is currently facing.

As a 25-year-old financially independent person who is now in an ideal situation for owning a dog, OP faces harsh critique from her mother who complains she will no longer be able to visit…the three times a year that she manages to do that. OP weighs it out and is frustrated by the situation. She's waited 25 long years to have a doggo, and she is finally in a position to be able to do so! And her mom is STILL cramping her style. Hey! we're not mad at her for having allergies, we're mad at her for not being more accommodating.
