Hey cat-loving humans! How are we doing today? If only we had a picture of a cat that could accurately describe our current emotional state. That way we would not have to explain to you all how we are feeling, we would simply send the corresponding cat picture. Well, one Twitter user thought of this idea before us! @elle_em challenged Twitter users everywhere to "reply to this with a photo of your cat that best matches your current emotional state."
Cat owning Twitter users, as usual, did not disappoint! The interwebs were flooded with images of cats that described their humans' various emotional states. We have got to say, this sure is an interesting way of expressing emotional vulnerability. Some of these cat images embody total frustration, exhaustion, and sadness, which are all totally valid emotions that we humans experience all the time. It's always fun to take a negative emotion and find a pawsitive way to express it, and what could be more pawsitive than pictures of cats? That's right, nothing.
If we were to partake in the hilarity of this thread, we would have to reply with a picture of our cat mid yawn. We are TIRED, but still smiling.
Cucumber has not had the best day, but she still has her kitty friend behind her and her human friend in front of her. The cat bowl is always half full.
