Messed Up Animal Factoids That Are Both Frightening and Fascinating
It is said that an elephant never forgets. That much was kind of proven to be true after that Indian elephant trampled a woman not once - but twice - and destroyed her home. It's widely believed to be an act of elephant revenge, which occurs more than one might think. If you thought they were all Dumbo or Jungle Book, you thought wrong. This revelation is just one of many slightly disturbing (and maybe a little cool) animal facts that we've recently learned. Many of these freaky nuggets of information came courtesy of a particularly unsettling Reddit thread about f*cked up animal facts. Obviously we were curious, but we got a whole lot more than we bargained for after clicking through to the thread.
After user u/Shoggy- made their request for these messed up facts, other redditors were more than happy to share facts that, frankly, we wish we could un-know. Especially some of the facts about orcas. But we won't spoil them for you. We've collected all the worst revelations to be shared on the thread. But in the event that you actually want to read more, we're not trying to stop you.
