OC M This happened last night, but the results played out this morning. I was parked at our yard in Dallas, and didn't feel like walking a mile to go get food(90+degrees at 8:30PM, why, Mother Nature?!) So, I ordered a pizza to be delivered to our yard, so I could snag it from the guard shack and munch away. Placed the order online and paid, and was info

Font - 10:15 rolls around, and I get another text telling me that they couldn't find the address, so they were taking it back to the store. Not cool! I call the store, and ask for the manager. She started off rude, and stayed there. "Sir, our delivery driver couldn't find your location, so we had her bring it back to our store. You need to provide a better address. "Excuse me, ma'am, but when I spoke to a manager around 8:45, I was assured that the driver COULD find this location, and was even a

Font - Called corporate office, and while on the phone with them, I left a scathing 1 star review on their page. Corporate lady was the complete opposite of Snarky B at the restaurant. She assured me that it will be dealt with, and she will get to the bottom of things. Fast forward to this morning, about 2 hours before I posted this. I get a call from that same store. It was a manager that came in to see my scathing 1 star review on their page, and an email from corporate DEMANDING the manager f

Font - nhavar 4 hr. ago Often times my drinks never make it with Doordash. Sometimes it's the dasher, but other times I've been in restaurants and dashers ask "where are the drinks" and the restaurant says "there weren't any" and the dasher looks at the receipt and has to show them there were drinks ordered. It seems like there are lots of potential failure points and quality control issues with 3rd party delivery. Vote Reply Share lilflopflop 4 hr. ago I also never get my drinks with DoorDash.

Font - OnlyPaperListens 5 hr. ago Nothing I have ever read, anywhere, makes me inclined to use a food delivery app. Vote Reply Share Valiant4Funk 4 hr. ago It's all just paying double to get food that was tasty 30 minutes ago. Vote Reply Share Zestyclose_Let_8800 4 hr. ago I work for Doordash. I can confirm a lot.of our drivers don't use their hot bag like they should or just straight up don't care about the customer beyond getting payed for the order. There's a lot of drivers who do care but ho

Font - o Lindan9 4 hr. ago . Dude I ordered from pizza hut the other night and even though I ordered through pizza hut directly, it gets passed over to door dash. I ordered a big order for me and my roommate, the driver showed up with just some chicken nuggets (no sauce). I told the driver that it wasn't my order and she was like well you gotta call the store I don't work for them. So I call the store, they can't send out a correct order because they don't have any in house drivers. Wtf Vote Rep

Font - partofbreakfast 5 hr. ago The lesson I have learned time and time again is "don't order delivery food from a place that doesn't have in-house delivery drivers". Door Dash is a good idea, but they mess up the food so often that it's not worth it. If I want delivery, I have a list of 5 places I know have in-house drivers. Never had a problem with any of them. If I want food from somewhere else, I'll just have to go get it myself. Vote Reply Share Shoddy_Information33 4 hr. ago . Except that
