Cats' Most Ridiculously Hissterical Hiding Spots: ICanHasCheezburger Edition

For this week's challenge to you guys, we really wanted to appreciate something about cats that everyone knows but still doesn't give enough love to. Their cunning. It's true that some cats can be really dumb sometimes. Those cats think that they are masters at hiding when, in fact, we can see their whole body through the curtain. But. Other cats can be so, so smart. And with cats like that, sometimes, you can look at a picture where there is supposed to be a cat for an hour and still not find it. Here, try to find the cats in these photos, we promise it's not as easy as you think. When we asked you guys to send us pics of your cats' favorite hiding spots, we expected an eclectic collection of stories, and oh boy, did we get it.

We already knew, at this point, that the cats of ICanHasCheezburger users are each unique and weird in their own ways, but honestly, you guys still continue to somehow subvert our expectations and make us laugh when we don't expect to.

"Ashlee came to us as a stray. No one came forward so we adopted her. Kept her in a separate room for a little while to get acclimated to her new home and fur senior sister. I left her there and went to say good morning and she's nowhere to be found. I'm in full panic mode. She's not under the bed. Not in the closet. Where is this cat !!!?? So I pulled up the mattress and there she was. Crazy girl ripped a hole in the bottom of the box spring and climbed in it. Lol."
