Happy morning, everyone! We hope that life has been treating you well this week, that you got things done, that you felt productive and calm at the same time. We hope that you are going into this weekend with the most pawsitive attitude, but just in case you are not, we've got something that will definitely turn your frown upside down. That's right. It's time to meet the newly adopted faces of the week!
Every single week, we scour through the internet to find the most wholesome and heartwarming cat adoption stories that people have shared with the world - all with the purpose of making you guys at least a little bit happier.
As we always do, we would like to thank every single person who adopted a cat this week. And an even bigger thank you, of course, goes to those of you who adopted amazing senior cats, sick cats or other "impurrfect" kitties. The journey will be long and full of bumps in the road, but it will be so, so worth it. You have made a pawmazing decision. Have a happy weekend, friends!
"Went to visit this lovely cat today and decided to adopt him. He was abandoned, but the vet estimates he is between 12 and 15, lost most of his teeth and is blind in one eye but he's also one of the cuddliest cats I've ever met. I'm picking him up on Tuesday. (E-cigarette is not mine)"
"Adopted Big Ben (~13y/o) 7 months ago, completely deaf and malnourished from hyperthyroidism. Just finished up his second I-131 treatment after he had a rare reaction to the normal meds. He's extremely loud, but super sweet and makes the best faces."
