In Their Humble Opinion, Cat People Talk About The Reasons They Think Their Cats Are The Most Special

Ask any cat owner and they'll tell you that they have the best cat in the world. They can go on and on about how their cats are the most behaved, smartest on the block, and most loving and affectionate. It's the same with kids, ask any parent and they'll tell you about all the talents their child has, all the instruments they play, and actually, they're way too smart for their age so they'll probably be skipping a grade.

Cat people are clearly no different, in fact, we're kinda worse. Leave it to us to never miss a chance to brag about our cats; to share the origin stories of their names, show off pictures of them in all sorts of goofy states of mind, and you can't forget about the stories of how we they were rescued. Yep, there's no denying cat people love to share all their reasons as to why they have the most special cats, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

"This is Hubby's cat, Tina Jean. She was a stray who saw him outside one day, ran up to him, and pretty much demanded that he be her Human. They're pretty inseparable. Almost every night, we find a present in his bed - a stray leaf off a plant, a straw paper one of us dropped, a hair tie she stole from my bedside. We make a big deal out of it and tell her how sweet and thoughtful she is, and how she's the World's Best Gifter. She struts around the house afterwards. The only use she has for me is cuddling in bed at night - Hubby gets too hot if she snuggles with him. She will jump up on the bed, stomp up into my face, knock my tablet aside, and demand to be petted. Then she will lay down and meow at me until I turn of my tablet and go to bed. ????????????"

"Luna has so many unique qualities. She sits on my nightstand to peak out the window… she must protect me from anyone who walks by. She growls like a watch dog. She also will come running when I'm laughing, climb on the back of the couch and put her paw on my head and meow. I don't know if she's trying to exorcise demons or bless me. ??
