End The Weekend On A Good Note With Some Feline Appreciation: 12 Russian Blues

Happy Sunday, ICanHasers! As the weekend comes to an end, we're back with our weekly Feline Appreciation segment. Each week, we choose a particular cat breed to celebrate because every single one of them deserves their moment in the spotlight. Last week it was the divine Devon Rex and the week before that - the relaxed Ragdolls. This week we're paying tribute to the Russian Blue cats.

The Russian blue is a long and slender cat with colors that vary from light silver to coal grey. If you're looking for a loving, affectionate cat that will be completely obsessed with you - the Russian Blue is the way to go. They're sweet, loyal, and incredibly intelligent. They love playing mentally stimulating games that require them to solve various puzzles and experience new things. Due to their soft double coat, the Russian Blues don't shed as much as other cats, so they're purrfect for people with allergies.

That's cute! He has his little routine, nothing wrong with that. While you go off to work and make the moolah, he guards the house and makes sure no intruders get in. And by intruders, we obviously mean birds, duh. Anyway, good guard, you have there.
