If there's one important rule people know about weddings, it's that you can't wear white to a wedding under any circumstances, unless the bride says otherwise. Even if the dress is off-white, you probably shouldn't risk it, no matter how cute you look in it. There are plenty of dresses to choose from in the sea, and white should never be coming into the equation. In today's 'Am I the A$$hole?' post, OP told us about how her sister set down rules for what the proper dress code is. She said that the dress should be formal, and that it should most definitely not be white. We thought that this was a given, but apparently, not everyone knows the most standard rule. OP decided to recycle a dress she wore to a previous wedding so she wouldn't have to spend more money, but her sister was very unhappy with the dress she chose to wear. Scroll down to see the dress, and let us know if you think the bride was overreacting.
