Everyone really went all out this Halloween! Last Halloween was the one right after Covid, so we were all still a little iffy about it. And the year before that, well… It was the middle of the pandemic, so it was basically cancelled. So this year was our year of redemption and people did NOT disappoint!
One costume that's been going insanely viral online is a man dressed as a working digital Canon camera.

Posted by TikTok Alyssar, she spotted the man on the streets of Japan and had to stop. The man called himself the “Cammeraaman” and was a living digital camera. With big smiles he points the homemade "lens" towards the fellow costumed Halloweeners, a flash goes off, and then he walks up to you, shows you his back and there it is! The photo he just took in perfect view. It even has a QR code for you to scan and download your photos with!
This costume must have taken some serious work and effort. To be an actual working camera?? Brilliant! People online are also totally obsessed. One person commented, “Canon marketing team taking notes for their next marketing plan ✍.” Another said, “Can you imagine this for a wedding photographer 😂 !” Someone even added, “his is a costume made by a genius 📷✨.”
The video of this man's costume in action has gotten almost 18 million views and 4.1 million likes! Did this person win Halloween?? He should at least get some love from Canon!
