End The Weekend On A Good Note With Some Feline Appreciation: Standard Issue Tabby Cats

Greetings, ICanHasers, and welcome to another Sunday! We hope everyone got some well-deserved rest this weekend. We made it our personal mission to dedicate as much time to ourselves as possible and indulge in tons of self-care. For us, self-care comes in many forms; physical, mental, and spiritual. For the physical aspect - we exercise. For the spiritual - we meditate. And for mental - we spend time with our cats. Easy as that.

Today we're here to make sure that you end your weekend on a good note with a collection of 13 photos of standard-issue cats. If you're not familiar with the term, a standard-issue cat is a regular ol' cat that you can pretty much find anywhere. If that wasn't clear enough, let us spell it out for you: tabby cats. Tabby cats can be distinguished by their tiger-like stripes and M-shaped birthmarks on their foreheads. Have a look for yourself, we hope you enjoy these adorable pics!

"A very affectionate but toothless and hungry SIC was found in my yard last week. Tried to find owners, but no luck.. I think he may be a drop off. Arranged a vet appt tomorrow for some tests before he can start the process of meeting my cats. Wish us luck, please!"
