Participating in what, you ask? Toxic breakup culture. We shouldn't be getting involved with someone else if we're still not over our exes definitely isn't fair to the other person, unless they're aware that they're a rebound and are okay with it. We generally find this is not the case. They say you need to get under someone else to get over someone, but we're not sure that's entirely true. What we really need before dating someone else is to take some time being single, and perhaps some self-reflection to hone in on what we're looking for in our next partner.
