If you're a millennial, then you were there during the height of Harry Potter magic. You craved nothing more than to receive your Hogwarts acceptance letter by owl. In fact, you're probably still hoping any owl will appear with that letter for you. Or a long lost witchy aunt will come out of the woodwork and see you're a wizard. Even 30+ year olds can dream, can't they? You were probably at ever book and/or movie premiere and you definitely had and or STILL have a Hogwarts gown. When the crap hit the fan with the author, it broke your heart, but not your spirits, because you know the true meaning of the series and it's grown way beyond the author.

So now that you're an adult and you're hosting dinner parties and holidays like Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving, why not make it any theme you want? And why not make that theme be Harry Potter?! Millennials online are sharing their magical themed parties where they, their friends, and family dress up as Harry Potter characters, play quidditch beer pong, and hang floating handles and flying brass keys up. It truly brings a new kind of fun to the usually dry holiday. Why just sit down and eat a turkey like a bunch of muggles, when you can wave wands around to pass the salt and eat cookies that match your Hogwarts house?

They've truly conjured up a magical time for this Thanksgiving.
