'They were tossed like a bowl of popcorn': Farmer's totally legit technique for releasing chicks into the brooder has people in stitches laughing

Farming has been around since humans walked the earth and it has thus evolved in many different ways. Some of the more crude ways it has enhanced are just by the simple little tricks farmers have discovered throughout the many years. Recently, a European farmer shared a “magic trick” he learned for handling chicks and it's very humane and effective. However, it looks absolutely hilarious.

“First thing I'm doing is releasing these birds quickly. Now, this looks a bit… violent. But rather than lift all these delicate birds up by hand, I'm doing it with a magic trick," he says before lifting the box of chicks and gently yeeting them to the soft bedded ground. “It seems like it might hurt the birds, but it's actually way more preferable than handling all the birds individually. As you can see, they're fine. Trick is confidence. It's like the magic tablecloth trick on a table. You see the birds are absolutely fine, it does't hurt them in any way, they're landing on very soft bedding”

The farmer's technique is totally legit, but people cannot get passed how funny it all looks. He just picks up a box full of chicks and tosses them into the bedding like he was flipping a burger.
