We have one rule: Do not crap where you eat. That makes sense, right? It's normally a very bad idea to date people from work. We don't think we need to spell it out, but we will anyway. Thing is, if (rather, when) it gets messy, it can leave you and your knickers in a bit of a bunch. And if one of your coworkers is trying to set you up with their son… that's potentially even worse. Because let's say you break up with someone you see every day, or it doesn't work out… or whatever. That's bad, right? But imagine if you had to see the mom of someone you dated, every day.
Talk about awkward… That, ladies and gents, is why we keep our hands clean! And luckily one other young woman had the right sense to do the same. She shared a very weird (and frankly a bit inappropriate) encounter she had at work with one of her coworkers. She's young, pretty, and impersonable… so a woman comes up and asks her if she'd like to date her son. While we internally screamed 'Run', the woman considered it briefly, before overhearing a conversation her coworker had about her son… That's when she realized, quite clearly, that this was not someone she would be willing to date.
