The judges of the AITA community have spoken! Folks, these are the biggest jerks, the rudest people, and the most certifiable a-holes of the year, compiled from Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit. Some of these stories include marriage drama, mothers-in-law, bad parenting, evil coworkers, and unnecessarily awful neighbors. The year may be coming to a close and there's a whole lot of unknowns about what 2023 will bring us.     #1: This husband who chose his crazy sister over his wife

    Font - AITA for changing the door locks back after my wife changed them? I <30M> have a beautiful wife who loves to serve others. We bought a home down the street from my family. Context: For every holiday, My mother would ask the women in the family (my sisters, sister in-law, my wife, my female cousins) to send "samples" of the desserts they plan to bring to the celebration for testing and to see if these desserts could make it to the "food menu".     #3: This wife's pot-stirring Christmas hosting choice

    Font - AITA for banning alcohol from Christmas. My husbands family likes to drink. Every holiday includes multiple bottles of wine/cocktails. I hate drinking I have never drank my father was an alcoholic I think it's childish if you can't have fun without drinking.     Font - AITA for telling the new neighbors that they got what they paid for, including being shunned by the neighborhood? Where I live, real estate developers have started snatching up family homes, bulldozing them and building enormous 2 million dollar houses on the plots of land.
