Hey y'all! So most people are familiar with Mount Rushmore, but just in case you aren't, we'll give you a little rundown. Mount Rushmore National Memorial is a massive sculpture carved into Mount Rushmore in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. The sculpture's roughly 60-ft.-high granite faces depict U.S. presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. We wonder though, if there was a Mount Rushmore for animals, who would be on it?
These animals would have to be pretty important figures in American animal history! We asked our awesome Animal Comedy community to tell us who they think would make the cut. The famous animals they came up with are nothing less than awesome historical figures. One commenter even suggested that there would have to be multiple animal-themed Mount Rushmores, for each type of famous animal… cats, dogs, horses, and others! We could not agree more. Each type of animal deserves to be recognized in our hypothetical imaginative situation in which this is a reality. Let's hear what the community had to say! We sure do love our community.
