This mother is doing its best trying to get her adorable mass of fur into the water. You can see the sea otter point to the water and look back at the pup, and you can just tell she is communicating with the pup to get in that water! However, seems like the little pup doesn't want to go. Just like a human kid, seems like baby otters can also throw a tantrum of their own kind.
