Roaches and bedbugs and landlords, oh my! This guy got what he considered to be "petty revenge" on his roommate after the latter accidentally brought a roach infestation with him when he moved in temporarily. The Redditor shared their story via this thread on Reddit's r/pettyrevenge subreddit, and let's just say that this is way more epic than petty.
Reactions in the comments section below seem to be pretty split; some people understand the Redditor's perspective and justify his actions, while others find the purposeful spreading of bedbugs to be inexcusable. Our takeaway here is that everyone involved sucks. Clearly, the friend that brought roaches in is disgusting and needs to get his act together. The original poster, however, didn't seem to have a problem renting his apartment out to others knowing there was already an unresolved roach infestation. Of course, it was going to get worse. The fact that he takes no responsibility and still felt the need to get revenge on his friend by giving him bedbugs is immature and irresponsible (they could spread to other people still!).
