We certainly live in an age where running from your problems has become easier… if you don't want to talk to someone anymore and you're a dumpster-fire of a human being, all you have to do is block them everywhere and never speak to them again. Who cares about the repercussions or lasting emotional impairment you leave as long as YOU don't have to deal with uncomfortable feelings?
As you can see, this is quite a bitter subject for us. It seems quite rare to meet someone who hasn't been ghosted nowadays. While scrolling through r/hingeapp (ah, dating apps… they're the worst) we came across a post that posed the question: What's the longest you dated someone who then ghosted you?
