Whoever is insistent in the opinion that amazing graphics are what makes a video game "good" is really missing out on the wonderful world of low-poly objects found in video games great and small. While in the nineties and aughts these polygonal gems were much chunkier and more awkward-looking than they are now, but even in the hottest games today you can likely find a barrel of pointy potatoes or a noticeably geomatric hotdog hanging around in the background. Many gamers have submitted their favorite low poly foods to Twitter account @LowPolly, and we've shared some of our absolute favorites here for your amusement. Tuck in.
