You don't typically think of pigs as being very "huggable" - but this pig is here to break that stereotype. The Mangalica pig is native to Hungary and it's a domestic breed featuring mostly white, luscious curls, but some have black or red hair! Unfortunately its luxurious-looking curls aren't goof for making clothes, so it's raised for its meat. It has a striking 70% fat content, 20% more than normal pork, making it a delicacy in some parts of the world.
But we're not here to talk about eating it, we're here to highlight how smart and cute this lil piggy is. They're as smart, if not smarter, than most dogs and have their own communities. They're very loving animals, which makes them perfect for snuggling, and that's what we're here for. Sounds like the perfect pet for living in Hungary, tbh. They almost went extinct in the 1950s, so maybe let's stop eating them and start hugging them more. Give a hug to your nearest pig today (and no, we're not talking about your boyfriend).

Look at this absolute beast of a pig! He's enormous! And it's not even one of those situations where it's all fur and he has a tiny body inside, it's definitely the opposite. These pigs can get up to 450 kilograms, or almost 1,000 pounds! That's one big pig!
