Imagine that it's 5 in the morning and you've had a terrible night of sleep. Your kitten is a few months old now and it is transforming from a cute, cuddly fur ball into a diabolical, claw-ful, screeching dictator. That velveteen monster jumps on your face to wake you because his bowl is half-empty; the beast needs to feed or everyone pays the price. You lay there in darkness, two hours before your alarm was set to go off, letting the kitten gnaw on your toes, wondering where it all went wrong. Did you do something incorrectly raising your loving kitten? Or is this simply the true nature of the mini predator you've brought into your house? All of your friends who also have cats insist that this is only a phase… Once your cat is 3 years old, they'll start to mellow out. Until then, enjoy your midnight wakeup calls, random ankle ambush attacks, and fearing for your safety in your own home. This is HIS apartment now.
