Adorable Friendship Between A Wild Cat And A Fox Cub Goes Viral, And The Internet Reacts

Cat haters have one very persistent belief about cats, and that is that they are not friendly, that no matter how nice you are to them, at some point, in some way, they will hurt you. And yes, despite the fact that cats are known for their aloofness and independence, cats seem to continuously try to prove people wrong - by befriending as many unexpected animals as possible. You think cats are unfriendly? Then, clearly you have not seen that adorable video of a senior cat hanging out with its cockatoo BFF, and you have definitely not seen the cat who became one with his feathered chicken friends, and you for sure have not seen the teeny weeny kitten who befriended a giant horse or the itty bitty kitty who became best friends with a pig. 

Cats can be incredibly friendly. It's just that they are picky about their friends. And they are allowed to be. Still, seeing it seems to take people off guard, and that's definitely true for this video and pictures of a cat being friends with a fox who just went viral.

    Honestly, this one video brings up so many questions for us. How did the cat and the fox become friends? Why do the magpies seem so calm in the fact of two potential predators? Is there more footage of this adorable friendship for us to fawn over? Because we really, really want to do that.

    Turns out that yes, there is indeed more footage of this adorable friendship for us to aww at. This is actually the original video of these two friends. Sadly, we have no idea what is being said in this video - and if any of you guys know, please tell us - but whatever it is, our guess is that it is cute and wholesome and lovely.

    Font - The ArcheoPhilomath 1d Literally. When I was a child we had a big cat (Spike) who was, like this cat, buddies with a fox. They'd wait for eachother at night to go and hunt I assume. Spike was a proper beast of a hunter (yes I know, cats inside, this was 20+byears ago) and would hunt rodents, snakes, squirrels etc. He killed a magpie once but never again. Why?     Rectangle - Twizzlers_and_donuts 1d We would leave food out for the local barn cats. There where many times we would catch cats and opossums chilling together at the bowl. The raccoons did not get along with everyone else though. One opossum on the other hand tried to walk into the house when dad opened the door thinking it was one of our cats. Was like "oh your holding the door for me, thanks I will come in!"

Our deck overlooks the woods, stream, rocks, etc. One day, I'm looking outback and see a fox come racing by. Chasing him is a huge German Shepherd. As the dog is getting closer, I'm thinking "Oh no".
