You probably grew up your whole life thinking that goats only eat grass, and occasionally climb mountains when prompted to do so. But we're here to teach you something new today, so you have a new fun fact to have in your back pocket during your next awkward silence. You're right in thinking all of these things, but did you know, that in Morocco, because of the dry vegetation and lack of grass, goats actually learned to climb trees to eat leaves, developed incredible balancing skills, and even have competitions with each other to see who can balance the best?
Well, now you do. The results are hilarious and surprisingly spectacular. They climb the trees with such ease and balance on the tiniest branches, ones that you would say to yourself, "These definitely can't hold a whole goat!". And yet, they do, and they kind of just sit there like cats waiting for someone to try and out-balance them. It's like "American Ninja Warrior", but with goats. Honestly, that sounds like a great tv show. 10/10 would watch.
We mean, come on! Look at those goats perched on the highest branches! How can they possibly support a goat? They look like they're about ready to snap into a million pieces - and yet, those goats are as cool as a cucumber, just chilling and casually hanging out.
This guy knows what's up. He is posing like a champ for this picture, and he knows that he looks good from below. He's got plenty to snack on up there, too! Doesn't look like anyone's going to out-do him here, he's up pretty high.
