If there's one thing you should always remember - it's your worth. We know, people go through all kinds of experiences throughout their lifetime. Some are better than others and some are worse. Some people are lucky enough to be surrounded by uplifting individuals that always motivate them to strive for more. But the rest of us - you know, the usual bunch, we've endured all kinds of trauma that have impacted our self-esteem, to say the least. We'll call it… ~character development~ But hey, if you ask us, we'd much rather be ourselves than the high school bullies that only peak in high school. 

But anyway, back to our point. Self-worth means never settling for anything less than you deserve. This applies to work, friends, and most definitely relationships. Don't get us wrong, no need to get condescending. But settling for the bare minimum is definitely not an option. It's all about finding the perfect balance. Like these ladies did. We just started talking about being married...and a year later we were married. I spent the next 10 years occasionally teasing him about never being proposed to.
