Controversial Commenter Proclaims "Cats Are Cuter Than Kittens" - The Internet Clashes In Response Over Debate

"Adult cats are cuter than kittens" is a bold statement. We here at I Can Has Cheezburger love cats in all shapes, sizes, and ages, but we understand that not everyone feels the same way. One on hand, adult cats have more personality, are a bit more relaxed, and express love in a less sharp, clawing way. On the other hand, they do love their 3 AM zoomies and can get mad at you for petting them quite frequently.

Kittens, however, are tiny, fluffy criminals with illegally big eyes, tiny little paws, and they are so fun to play with. Everything they do is cute, especially their "meows" and their playful spirits. However, their claws puncture everything and they definitely bring a bit of chaotic energy to the household! So what do you think - do you think kittens are cuter, or adult cats?

    Font - Cats are cuter when they're full-grown, as opposed to when they're kittens. This doesn't mean kittens aren't cute. Kittens are extremely cute. But cats are at their absolute cutest when they're fully-grown adults. Even though all kittens are incredibly cute, they usually all look & sound same.     Okay, okay, stop yelling at us! If we had to choose, we would agree with the author. Personally, we love bigger cats that don't feel quite as fragile. Kittens are so small, we're afraid to break them a little bit. But big cats are adorable and don't fight us when we pick them up, which of course, we love to do.

    Exactly! This is what we're talking about. But that being said, we still really really really really really really love kittens. We love them. We can't stress this enough. WE LOVE KITTENS. Maybe we actually love kittens more, now that we're thinking about it……ahhh! We can't decide!

    Font - Dracarys-Ash-Bone I agree with OP, adult cats are the cutest because they have a true personality, rather than zoom, zooooom, zoooooooooom, nap, scratchy personality that kittens have. All cat owners will know that one super, unbelievably cute thing their cat does. Mine makes this adorable face when she is being offered cheese. She also stands up on her hind legs and reaches for it while making the adorable face.

    Font - Icantfindthehole. Kittens are cute but I will never own one again. They are adorable balls of terror that will destroy half your house in 30 seconds, then accidentally shred your arms when you try to stop them. They stuck in things, on things and to things. I prefer to adopt cats that are at least 4 years old, for the reasons you and I mentioned.

    Font - KingPisces Fish. Yes! Their personalities come out so much more when they fully develop. Plus- more cat to hug/kiss/squish/pet lol. I have six cats (five adult), and every single one has a personality. I love them as much as they were kittens, and they're as cute or even more cute in my opinion.     Rectangle - Altyrmadiken I think this depends on the cat and the kitten. I've seen some kittens who were not adorable. I've seen some adult cats who were so adorable it was ridiculous. I prefer kittens, but I also really love "adorable" adult cats. I love all cats, and all kittens. I just prefer kittens on average, but certainly not always.
