As an adult, it's hard to find the free time to finish normal-sized games, let alone one of those intense open world RPGs with millions of side quests and lore deeper than the Atlantic Ocean. Mario Kart and Minecraft are pretty much what I can commit to these days, which is sort of ironic because they feel like games for babies. I should be playing Cyberpunk 2077 or Elden Ring or Horizon Forbidden West, but instead I spend my free time trying to master drifting on Rainbow Road. Kids, if you're reading this, my advice to you is to savor those long hours of gaming until your eyes start to water. You won't be able to do that forever. And if you're a jaded 30-something like me, here are some memes to help you remember the good ol' gaming days.
