The idea behind the whole '5 love languages' concept is that every person has a primary, secondary, and sometimes even a third 'love language' that speaks to their emotional needs in a relationship. Some people value words of affirmation and need to hear constant compliments and reassurance. Other people express their love through acts of service, by helping with tasks and chores around the house. Some people feel loved by spending quality time with their partners. While others prefer to receive gifts, or physical touch.
As you can see, there are tons of ways to express your love and receive it back. Mind you, we only listed the 5 from Gary Chapman's book about love languages. But there are almost 8 billion people in the world, so you surely can't expect everyone to love the same. That's why we compiled a list of tweets and memes based on other people's love language preferences. We hope you enjoy :)
Suddenly, our entire world has flipped upside down. Here we were thinking that we're just noble and generous people that show their love through acts of service.
