Now that is what we call sleeping in style. Spread out as much as possible, but ready to pounce at a moments notice. According to moderncat.com it is common for Cat's bodies to be rigid while sleeping as it prepares them for the pounce! They are even still smelling and listening while they are asleep!

Ohh, to be smushed on the sofa on a cold rainy day like this furry baby sounds like a dream. Did you know that in their first month of life, kittens go straight into deep sleep, skipping over the drowsy phase. This is why we have so many adorable photos of kittens randomly falling asleep.
