We're here today to help hoomans everywhere scratch their itch for canines, as well as the boundless abyss that is earth's ocean, with an aquatic doggie dump of dopamine. It's a good thing that there is a veritable treasure trove of adorable animal memes on the vast seas of the internet, especially of the majestic sea dog aka sea lion aka water puppy, aka dog mermaids, and so on and so forth.
