Our adorable critters like to go against the unwritten social rules for animals sometimes — yep, they like to rebel. And how do they rebel, you ask? Why, by doing the sploots of course. The sploots is a type of stretch that involves kicking one or both legs behind the body. Usually, this is much easier for animals. We humans are… less flexible. We also don't have four legs.
Yes, you could argue that they have arms and legs too, but they don't stand upright so… the argument makes no sense. Humans cannot sploot the same way dogs and cats can (and lizards, rabbits, pandas…). Okay, we're getting a little carried away with the word sploot. Instead of writing so much about the sploot (Can you count how many times we've written the word sploot in the past few sentences? We gotta chill), we'll just let you have a look at some of the cutest sploots (There we go again).
