Living with cats is a story of dichotomy. For about half the time, cats are adorable. Your cats will sleep awwdorably all day, your cats will cuddle up to you and be there for you right when you need them. They will be the cutest thing in the whole wide world, and you'll spend most of your life taking pictures of them, awwing, and forwarding those pics to a bunch of people who really didn't ask for them.

But… the other half of the time, cats are little demons. Yup. We said it because it's true. Your cats will steal food right off your plate. Your cats will lock you out of the bathroom (don't laugh, that actually happened). Having cats means having chaos, and if anyone tells you otherwise, if anyone tells you that cats will bring you nothing but peace, yeah, they are so wrong.

    Yeah, the person who told you that your cat will bring stability into your life… clearly does not own a cat. A cat brings joy into your life, it brings cuteness, it brings pawsitivity, it brings lovely cuddle sessions fully of purring and petting, but stability? Stability!? In what world?

    There is so much going on in this photo that we don't even know where to start. From the fact that we have no idea how this cat managed to successfully make this jump in the first place, to the face of shock on this feline, to the fact that it's grabbing the shower head with its paw- so much. There is so much, and we love all of it.

To be fair, dude wouldn't stop talking so kitty was just trying to do us a solid by trying to get the guy to leave. I don't see the cat slowing down anytime soon.     Cat - • 1d Othatguyned The "No!" was not something I was prepared for. I got a stray boy that was a fighter a few weeks ago and he's used to communicating with his teeth and claws We're making progress but if he's in a playful mood I really need to watch where my fingers and hands are. He's slowly learning that he can swipe his paws in the air at me from a distance and I will know that means he wants to play, but there are times when I'm just saying "No!" every few minutes for an hour.     Font - What an insane sh thead lol. Could not get him to stop climbing literally everything. He learned how to open doors (with the round doorknobs too), unlock doors after I tried to lock them to keep him out of rooms, open drawers, craftily shove drawers over if I've turned it so the drawers faced the wall... he sits and stares a squirrels with no effort to chase them but will hunt wasps like his life depends on it. He turns his nose up at crab and chicken but begs me for vanilla ice cream. I

    Font - Five years later, I've moved through a few different apartments and I've dragged him with me through it all. He jumps up to cuddle me whenever I get home from work. He sleeps in my bed with me- usually with his ear pressed against my chest. Never fails to get up and come lay next to me when I've had a night terror or panic attack.
