Nothing is worse than when you're at work, getting close to quittin' time, and your manager comes in and asks you to do something that isn't even in your job description. It's nothing too big, so you don't wanna say no, but also… Wtf, boss. So what do you do? You can either do what they asked and then be that person they always ask to do crap that isn't part of your job and never get a raise for it. Or you can do what they asked, but with a little petty revenge in there. Get your malicious compliance on. Oh, you're the graphic designer but your boss also asked you to do the copy edit for the project last minute like it was just a quick favor and not a completely different job description? Ok, here it is: "Insert text here" and there you go! You technically did more than your job description right there, so you're good to go.
