‘Babe, the Balloons Are Gone!’ : Boyfriend Has Most Wholesome Reaction When Clumsy Girlfriend Loses Balloons She Bought as a Surprise for His Birthday

Getting a birthday gift for someone you love is always really challenging because you want them to adore it. It's a gesture of appreciation, it's not actually about the gift. The goal is to make them understand that you love and care for them enough to go out of your way to get them something special. And let's face it, ladies, getting a gift for a dude is HARD. Especially if he's your boyfriend. You want it to be perfect. 

He deserves something nice, but what is something nice? Sometimes the simplest gifts are the most impressionable. And if it gets messed up, then at least it's memorable. We were scouring r/therewasanattempt, and stumbled upon this cute post. That's what happened to this sweet girl when she got her boyfriend some balloons for his birthday. Seconds before she could hand them to him, they slipped out of her hand and disappeared into the night sky. Her reaction is absolutely priceless, but the moment we went ‘Awwww’ was actually his wholesome response. You can tell she's really disappointed in herself, although it was an honest mistake and she really shouldn't be! Happens to the best of us… He comes outside, answering her calls of distress, and looks up at the sky with her.

He Thanks Her And Gives Her A Hug

He deserves ‘Boyfriend of the year award’, no doubt. He hugs her and calms her down, thanking her for her gift. He then tells her ‘It’s okay' as she tells him she's gonna cry. She keeps pointing up at the sky, telling him to look, and he replies that he sees them, and continues to hug her. It's absolutely adorable, and if we didn't feel single before, we definitely do now.
