Oh, Monday, why have you come again? How is it even possible that the entire weekend felt like it lasted no more than 3 hours total? But yes, unfortunately, we are here yet again, at the start of yet another workweek. But! We are not going to let the Monday morning blues control us. We are going to take this week by the horns and make the very best out of it! Yes, we are! We just… need to somehow start the morning with a little more inspiration than we have right now. it's a good thing then that it's time for this week's collection of animal pictures worth more than 1000 words.
This is not your typical collection of animal pictures. These pictures - each and every one - hold a story within them. The funny animal pictures, the cute animal pictures, the weird animal pictures- each one of them is unique in its own way, each one will get the cogs in your mind to turn. it's the pawfect collection to view on a Monday morning. We wish you a great week, y'all!
"The Pallid Bat mostly eats ground dwelling arthropods, such as desert scorpions and centipedes, rather than catching insects in the air. But pallid bats have also been found visiting cactus flowers and are effective pollinators!"
"The Dracula parrot is a large, heavy bird, stretching to almost half a metre from beak to tail and weighing in at almost a kilogram. It maintains all that bulk by feeding almost exclusively on figs, which researchers suspect is why it ended up with its strange semi-bald head."
"The screaming hairy armadillo is named for its habit of emitting a loud squeal when threatened or handled. This armadillo is no coward, however; with reports of it hunting by throwing itself upon small snakes, which are subsequently cut up by the armadillos' bony plates."
