A Night-Meme on Elm Street

I have a confession to make: I have never seen the horror classic A Nightmare on Elm Street. I know that Freddy Kruger kills you when you're asleep, appears in your dreams, and has uniquely textured skin. I know I could very easily watch this flick after work today, but I'm not going to do that. I'm what you might call a fake horror fan. I love to watch horror movies during Halloween time, but that's about it. This past autumn alone, I watched Suspiria, Frankenstein, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, The Bride of Frankenstein, Rope, Smile, Night of the Living Dead, The Blair Witch Project, and Dawn of The Dead. Halloween is the perfect time to binge horror movies, and I only cease the opportunity when the season arises. It makes horror movies much more novel.
