Ah, yes, Monday has come again, and as usual, we are not even close to ready. We want nothing more than to stay in bed for another 5 minutes (or hours), cuddling with our wonderful pets and ignoring all the responsibilities that we have. But we cannot! We are adults who must adult and will adult. But you know what? There is nothing harmful about staying in bed for another 5 minutes to get inspired and make sure to start the day off strong. It's a good thing that it's time for this week's collection of animal pictures worth 1000 words!
This right here is the perfect thing to start your Monday with - because this collection is unique. Every single picture here - whether it's the funny animal photos or the cute animal photos or the photos that remind you of just how awesome and amazing nature can be - holds a story within it, and we know, for a fact, that at least one of them will give you the hit of inspiration that you need this morning. Have a great week, friends!
"This is a tufted ground squirrel. IUCN Vulnerable to extinction and endemic to the island of Borneo/Kalimantan. It has the largest tail to body size ratio of any mammal, with the tail being 130% the size of its body."
"As they fly, bees accumulate an electric charge that transfers into flowers when they land on them. Because bees can "see" electric fields, scientists think they may use this phenomenon to forage more efficiently, reading flowers' electric fields to know how recently they've been visited."
"Queen Alexandra's birdwing is the largest butterfly in the world, with females reaching wingspans slightly in excess of 25 cm (9.8 inches). They are found in the Oro Province in eastern Papua New Guinea."
